That guy didn't last long and Rivera ended up calling Skipper back. Probably  should have just kept him in the first place.

So many good Panther running backs owe some of their success to Skip, I know Williams was a big fan. he will be missed.

I just wonder if this was expected or if he saw it as a slap in the face that Sam Mills III was named as the game manager or whatever the hell that meaningless title was that Rivera bestowed upon him. It really seemed like Ron was trying to say that Mills III and Skipper had both basically been acting in that role all along and this title was just to formalize things but things would essentially continue as is. You know, the typical Rivera way.
