Kap's Attorney Predicts Panthers or Patriots Will Sign Him

That is the issue right here. He will not take any thing less than a starting position and it really would be a waste of time even considering him if he refuses to accept a back-up role.

I haven't heard Kap say that he would take anything less than a starting position. That doesn't even sound right to be honest.  I am sure that he wants to compete just like any other NFL QB. Most of them want to start to be sure, but most accept their role and the reality of their situation.  Kap unfortunately lost a lot of time and circumstances and perspectives change. He isn't a dumb person.

If Kaep goes anywhere he should go to Baltimore. That is the perfect situation for him. He could be a starter and mentor Jackson until he develops as a passer.

His racist, loudmouth girlfriend already screwed that opportunity up. He’ll never play in Baltimore as long as Bisciotti owns that team.

And he got benched for Blaine fuging Gabbert!

He got benched for Blaine Gabbert TWICE. LOLOL.

he was coming off of a shoulder injury and battling shoulder soreness throughout the offseason. gabbert began the season as quarterback and posted a 3.1% TD% and a 3.8% INT%. when kaepernick was returned to the starting lineup he soundly outplayed gabbert.

The 2015 shoulder injury was to his non-throwing shoulder so you can stop right there with that :poo:.

How about 2016 though, where he posted a starting record of 1-10? Was his surgically repaired, non-throwing shoulder hampering his performance then too?

2015 49ers offense with Kaepernick: 13.6 ppg, 2-6 record

2015 49ers offense with Gabbert: 16.1 ppg, 3-5 record

2016 49ers offense with Kaepernick: 18 ppg, 1-10 record

2016 49ers offense with Gabbert: 22.2 ppg, 1-4 record

Care to please point out where exactly he “soundly outplayed” Gabbert?

In a 26-6 loss to the Bears, Kaepernick became the first QB in league history to be sacked five times and throw for fewer than five yards in a game.

The guy has not been effective since 2014.  Blaine Gabbert played substantially better than him.  Blaine fugging Gabbert.

Please no.

Yup. He threw for 1 completion on 5 attempts for 4 yards and a 39.6 QB rating. So on 10 drop backs, he was sacked on 5 of them, threw incomplete on 4 of them, and completed 1 pass on the last one before promptly being benched for... Blaine Gabbert... again.

Lamar took them to the playoffs, benching him for some mentor idea instead of learning on the job? How do you bench your kid to bring in some untested guy who hasn’t played in a year guy you have no personal accord with?

I think Allen earned a shot with his performance...and he's much cheaper.  He's also been in the system.  I'm not a Kaep fan.  It stems prior to the kneeing thing. I just think he's a bit of a hypocrite.  I remember those photos of him doing body shots...it was pretty frat like. So I've always thought he'd just sort of be a dick in person. I  did really like the Eric Reid signing.

Yo you gotta be a loser outside of this forum lmao

I'd take Jackson over 2/3rds of the QBs in the league. Give him a bit of time.
