My gosh, de Haan just got injured in the post game work out, saying it's back spasms.

Time to get Adam Fox on the phone and convince him to sign.

It's going to be interesting to see who is able to go on Friday. If Ferland, Faulk, and de Haan are all out we could see something like:

Niederreiter/ Aho/ Williams

Svechnikov/ Staal/ Teravainen

Martinook/ McKegg/ McGinn

Maenalanen/ Wallmark/ Foegele

Slavin/ Hamilton

Bean/ Pesce

Fleury/ Van Riemsdyk

Mrazek

McElhinney

If we can keep up with our pace since the start of the year, first in the metro isn’t out of the question.... Islanders’ goaltending has cooled quite a bit. This team looks really really good. Just got some tickets to the Bruins game here in Boston next week, should be a good and big one.

Big win.  We need to seal off the back to back.  Penguins vs Canadians...in a weird way is a win win.  I'm not sure if I want to lock up a playoff spot more then seeding or vice versa.

It would be nice if the Oilers could pull the upset...but I'm not holding my breath on that one.  Canes just need to keep taking care of business.  If Pittsburgh falls more then three points back...they could fold.

We just need to keep winning and nothing else matters. But with games like Pens-Habs and Pens-Jackets (I think they play each other twice more) just gotta root for no OT.
