John Fox just called Rex Ryan ...

Fox called Rex Ryan moments ago. I have a transcript of their conversation.

Fox: Hey Rex, how's it going?

Rex: I'm doing great. We just stomped on the Raiders 38-0! How are you doing?

Fox: Not so well Rex, we lost to Buffalo and I really thought we had the perfect game plan in place. How did you guys win so easily?

Rex: Well it was quite simple John. You see the Raiders are 30th against the run but they have a relatively good pass defense. So I decided to run it 54 times and pass it only 15. We gained 316 yards on the ground. We simply exploited their run defense. It really wasn't difficult at all. Why, what was your game plan?

Fox: Wait, what does exploit mean?

Rex: Are you serious?

Fox: Sorry, I forgot

Rex: Ummm, well basically if someone is lacking in something, you take advantage of that thing to benefit you.

Fox: WAIT REALLY ???? Oh crap, I thought it meant the opposite of that. I figured since the Bills were the worst team against the run, I'd pass it 44 times. I was exploiting their weakness but for some reason it didn't work out.

Rex: You can't be serious John?

Fox: It was an honest mistake Rex. I guess I looked up the synonym to exploit.

Rex: You mean antonym?

Fox: Same thing.

Rex: You're a f**king dumbass. (Click)

I heard after that Foxy and Rex are no longer friends.

    • It may seem like our rookies have fairly low yards. But If you combine the yards for Coker,  Legette, and J.Sanders, you get 800 which is more than Neighbors or BTJ.  Also Coker is the only UDFA on this list the fact that he's on any kind of top list as UDFA makes him arguably our best move this off season for the price we paid to get him. Slam Dunk off-season by Dan Morgan. Especially if Brooks shows us something this season. We've already seen Trevin Wallace doing some good things. Getting anything out of Smith Wade or Crumedy would be a bonus. Rarely do 5th to 7th Rounders work out. In a sort of strange way that Michigan LB we drafted in the 7th got us a serviceable backup CB in Mike Jackson. So there's that too. Imagine if Morgan has just as good as of an off-season before the 2025 season for the defensive side of the ball.
    • I love Cam, and want the org to celebrate him, but they've told him why things are how they are (he isn't retired) and he says he just isn't going to and expects them not to care... I get he's never playing again, but just sign the papers to retire and call their bluff...
    • I'm happy those 2 are finding success elsewhere. Chinn never lived up to the hype after his rookie season and Luvu just wanted to go play in Dan Quinn's defense that suits him perfectly. I can't hate on that.
