For those looking for the least expensive streaming service At&T's WatchTV is only $15.00 and provides many of the same channels as Philo.  Downside is you can only stream 1 (one) device at a time and that device can't be a Roku.  For those with AT&T cellular unlimited data plans you may already be getting this service as a perk.  WatchTV also offers users 15,000 movies and shows on demand.
