Hell no, he dont pass the eye ball test or the stat test and getting in the hall as a WR is tough as poo. Even players like Cris Carter and Marvin Harrison had to wait years.

If you did a "Draft" of current WR's, Edelman wouldn't be a top 12-15 pick. That doesn't even make the "Hall of Very Good"

A different sport parallel that I would compare this to is Madison Bumgarner of the San Francisco Giants. Never the most dominant regular season pitcher or led any meaningful stat like wins, ERA, or K but showed had decent regular season stats (18 game winner 2x) and was a monster in the post season. 

Bumgarner will get into the HOF based off postseason numbers and being 3x champion. 

As currently situated, Edelman is fringe but I think 9-10k receiving will be enough to get him in because of his body of work in the postseason.
