Maybe, although I would point out that the Saints only scored 12 against us, and their one td relied to a great degree on a penalty we committed.  But I think Patriots would have scored more than 13 against the Saints.

Likely yes, but it would not have been super high scoring as that Pat's defense was playing out of its mind.  Also, Pat's offense would have scored more points on the saints as the rams were successful taking away the run game for the Pat's, saint a dont have a d-line or front 7 that could do the same thing resulting in more patriot points too.
