Antonio Brown trade?

If this was last year this time, and we didnt have DJ Moore on the roster yet, I would say sure - use the first round pick to trade for AB and never look back.  But, we have already invested a lot of high draft capital in weapons for Cam the past few seasons.  Time to use our picks to concentrate on other parts of the team.  Namely the offensive and defensive lines.

Would an AB trade actually need to include Moore?  AB at the 1, Samuel at 2?

I couldn't see the Steelers given up a proven commodity for one with potential.

Also we would be crazy to give up a young wr with great potential for a 30 yr old wr. No matter how good he is.

Now I think a first round pick this year, and a low round pick the following season would be enough to pull a trade off.

I still think it's a pipe dream despite Teppers Pitt connections and the Cam and AB bff instagramming.

A month ago I wasn't for this move, but now that Cam has got his shoulder clean up and reports that he is expected back even before TC. Why not go after his buddy Antonio Brown? It's time we get a elite WR in this division. We know they already have chemistry off the field Cam and Brown. So I think they would be a perfect fit. Cam seems to do well with smaller shifty WR's anyway. I don't know the cap situation or if we can even afford him. But I would trade a 2nd round pick for him or Samuel/3rd. If nothing else it gives us a explosive offense and we can try to outscore teams. Our defense isn't going to change overnight we have to many holes to fill. If AB is available we should look into it at least.

What would you offer for AB?

LOL NO

AB seems like a head case, and a terrible teammate. I’ll pass, thanks.

You have nailed it on two counts, and I share your concerns.

The other concern is Riverboat isn't strong enough to manage an employee like Antonio Brown.

Antonio needs to work for a coach who has the gravitas to command his respect, Riverboat ain't that guy.
