Ive said all along.  Thats the reason why if a top edge rusher falls in your lap in the draft you grab them

Those contracts (suchas Trey Flowers 17 mil a year) are to 2nd tier guys as the top tier (the Clowneys and Lawrence's) have been tagged

I would say the same thing about a legit top tier left tackle. An edge rusher may be with you only through his rookie deal. A left tackle will probably be with you for at least 10 years, if not a career.
