As bad as you think POTUS may be their are far worse monsters who have yet to be uncovered that are really running things. "The evil shall slay the wicked and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate"- Psalms

Nobody has to be perfect to stand against real evil. Nobody is perfect. I'll sit back and let an imperfect person fight for a better future for us all which is very brave in my book. I don't have to agree with your whole life to support what you're trying to do in the now.

This guy is going after human trafficking like nobody has before him, all of whom knew how bad of a problem it is and sat on their hands.

What an incredibly complicated way of saying that you don't care about Trump's bad things as long as he is doing something you see as necessary.

Again. Fix Gronk's behavior now, and correct it for future generations of young men, and you'll solve the problem in the long run. Turning a blind eye and giving him a pass is exactly what allows this nonsense to perpetuate.

Remember, don't buy Gillette razors anymore.

This is my favorite.

4 minutes from yelling about professional complainers to being triggered and outraged by a tv ad.

Hilarious.

I watched the video when it came out - the question that was asked was by a GUY that knew him - he said he had a question from 'Jenny' in his friends 1st grade class. 'Jenny' wanted to know why Gronk always though the number 69 was so funny. Gronk chuckled, said something about 'you have to say it with the right innuendo' or something, and then said to the same guy...who he knows 'now i've got a question for you...whats 6x9+6+9'

Not worth nearly 11 pages...get a grip people...

Yeah its not like he took a knee or anything.  That would be a cause for real uproar.

Being a douche at your job is no biggie, taking a knee for a cause at your job OUTRAGE!!!!!!!!

Yep. This thread should've been tinderboxed long ago. It isn't about football. We have a spot for these types of discussions and it's not in this forum.

actually it's concrete evidence that football and social politics are inextricably intertwined.

Note to @rayzor or whomever:

For the record, I have no issue with this thread being moved to The Tinderbox. Didn't really expect it to turn into a debate but since it has...

I think a lot of people either have friends like Gronk or have acted like him. If they were to admit that his behavior is not good or stupid, they would have to admit that they somewhat condoned it.

That's where principles get tested a lot of the time.

"I stand firmly against this. It's wrong."

"But your friend / family member / significant other / political affiliate / favorite celebrity or athlete is doing it."

"Oh. Well you know, it isn't really that bad..."
