Being more offended by the 5.0 than actually hanging on his nads is hilarious and troublesome.

That's some truly blind dedication to the cause.

Dude is off his rocker over this guy. I almost hope Gary is on the board at #16 and we pass on him just to watch the hilarious meltdown from this guy that would be immenent.

The only one off there rocker is you spewing dumb nothings that have no factual base. Your just saying bunches of nothing you hope to be true while I point to actual statistics...but in trump's america go on ignoring the truth...

Here is how his production data translates to the probability of becoming a Pro bowl player. This takes into consideration all of the players selected at DE since about 1969 I think.

He doesn’t stack up very well statistically. And as you might have heard our new owner is all about analytics.  I know he is a great athlete. And I know there are some outliers like J.J. Watt. But his probability of becoming a All pro is slim as a DE. The one thing that could be skewing this data is the fact that Michigan moves him all over the line and he isn’t a pure DE.

The only actual fact based posting in this thread has been made by posters other than yourself. Any mention of his actual performance on the field is met with screeching about how it doesn't matter. Any suggestion that someone may prefer another prospect is met with further screeching about being "down" on Gary. Seriously man, you're making a fool of yourself on this one.

It's hard to know how this draft will pan out. This draft has such weak offensive skill position talent that there will likely be a run in pass rush talent in both DT and Edge. The question will be are all these rushers really going to be good? Maybe.

Do you guys remember 2013? The year with weak offensive skill position talent but filled with supposedly great offensive line talent? How did that pan out? Run on super athletic tackles and guards. So many busts in that top 20 draft. (Panthers were actually the few teams that got a hit in that draft with Lotulelei and recent Panther Safety Eric Reid was also part of that draft)

We will most likely have to pick the 4th or fifth best pass rusher when our pick starts. Does Hurney really go with a rusher by this point? Heck I think Hurney panics and goes with his best instincts and drafts a LB Devin White But I won't even be mad lol.

This is a fair point... But i would counter with how do you measure a guy that played out of position his whole career. I watch the video of the dude that did the plugins for that data and he said it wasnt for 4-3 or even pushing olb.
