Our biggest problem will be if the DTs end up going lower because of the depth of the class and the teams decide to wait.

The league is going offensive friendly. Despite our God-awful defense, there were numerous times where we still had an opportunity to win if our o-line had held up for Cam. In the end, our defense with better play-calling got better while our patchwork offensive line was exposed. 

In regards to a choice of Jonah Williams or Rashan Gary.

Say Gary can reach his potential and becomes an elite pass-rusher and Jonah Williams is just an above-average starting LT. What would be better for our franchise long-term? It's a tackle no doubt. For Cam Newton's long term viability and our ability to keep up with other offenses around the league.

If we didn’t sign DW, that should mean we spent around 10M/year on another OL. And the idea of signing Trent Brown instead is very interesting.  Two very good seasons in different systems. Pass blocking is a plus at either one. Could step in at LT( at RT)and be a legit LT who is still getting better. 

  Biggest worry is playing with Brady made him look great due to quick passes. It’s a tough call. 

  Not a fan of the LTs in this class. So this would basically take them off the table until late rounds. And still.have 2-4th to address LG/C. 

  My draft board is 9 of the top 10  are DL/DE. Gary would be 8th for mine.

It was 8 edge rushers going by 16. Gary wasnt one of them.

I dont have a problem with anyone. I created this thread to gauge interest in him.  I freely debate my opinion vs others... I haven't called anyone a hater but I do challenge others opinions as they do my own. I find it interesting... I been around here longer than most but normally post most during draft season its my thing. I love evaluating and disccusing prospects. its not a me vs anyone thing. Gary is top teir in my opinion.

Then when one of the Cam fashanistas comes to tell us that he doesnt care about football we can gangbangg him into oblivion (with baseball bats of course).  Rant over! Really would be a good idea to pin a draft thread. I know 90% of people on here have never heard of Zack Allen but a few heavy posters have. I think we get lost in the mix as new crap rolls in.    You came at me for being “low” on Gary. Something I never said. Or implied. Having a player 8th, who has projections all over the place, sure isn’t being “low” on anyone.
