this isn't a discrepancy! charles robinson's report is perfectly compatible with all other reports/statements. you're twisting and turning because it burns you up that, by all accounts, this minor procedure was a success and there's a lot of optimism surrounding it. that's fine, idc. but you don't get to redefine words to suit your motives. if you would like to provide evidence of an ACTUAL discrepancy then i'm all ears.

and how is that exactly? you think that because they couldn't predict that the scar tissue wouldn't break down on its own thus limiting his range of motion that you've got some sort of "gotcha" here? lol keep digging

please. you're not "waiting and seeing" anything. you're hostile to the available information for reasons that you have yet to make clear.

Report 1 (Robinson):  The procedure cleaned up "scar tissue" and "bone spurs".

Report 2 (Riverboat):  The procedure cleaned up "scar tissue".  (bone spurs omitted)

Ol' boy, that there constitutes a discrepancy.

Scar tissue alone constitutes a certain level of concern/complication.

Scar tissue + bone spurs raises the ante significantly.

Bone spurs are known to form in a joint which has been injured (check).  Bone spurs often result in pain, muscle weakness, and a loss of range-of-motion in the affected joint (check).  Physical-therapy combined with anti-inflammatories is almost always the first measure of treatment for bone spurs (check).  Surgery, typically driven by a lack of range of motion, is generally the last resort for treating bone spurs (check).

Long-term prognosis?  Varies widely but recurrence is generally "driven by continued overuse"....

No wonder Riverboat didn't want to talk about bone spurs!

Look, here's what we know: Cam hurt his shoulder...Cam had a surgery and did well the following year...the year after that Cam's shoulder regressed ("continued overuse") and developed bone spurs...Cam had another surgery...Cam now has a shoulder which has undergone 2 surgeries and is exhibiting arthritic symptoms (bone spurs)...the proper course of action is to hope for the best but a wait and see attitude is clearly warranted.  (as is getting serious about an alternative solution at QB just in case)

Thought you said you were done way back?

PS...the more we learn, the more clear it is this is by no means a "routine" situation.

I have no idea what it’s like to be a QB, let alone an NFL QB, however, being an amputee using 1 arm/shoulder for everything everyday for the last 18 years has turned my shoulder into a constant source of pain and frustration.

In that, I can sympathize with Cam.  I really hope his arm isn’t just giving up like mine from years of overuse and trying to “tough it out”.  I need surgery too, but if I get it, I can’t wipe my own ass for 6-8 weeks.  That’s a hard pill to swallow.

Sorry to hear that, dude.

btw don't think i haven't noticed your pivot from "who said it's just bone spurs????" to "bone spurring really complicates matters!!!"

fact is the same person who reported on the removal of "some scar tissue and bone spurring" also reported that it was, and i quote, "a very clean process" and that "healing up without complication shouldn't be an issue"

so who's lying? how many people are in on this conspiracy? can jet fuel melt steel beams?

This guy is just a troll who thinks he's smarter than everyone else.

Do you believe Cam had bone spurs removed from his shoulder...

...yes, or no?
