Overwatch, fortnite, borderlands, CS GO, L4D, etc. AAA titles.

Planning on using varios programs too tho. Also streaming.

What other programs though? Like if you're going to use Photoshop or some other editors, that makes a difference. If you're just going to be browsing the internet, then you can do that with anything. Edit: I thought of Netflix when he said streaming, not Twitch. Stupid. Also, streaming doesn't matter either. You can do that on anything.

And now everything Dex has said really makes sense. You're not going to be able to do that stuff on a $700 PC.

Running CSGO even on medium settings at 1080p 144fps, while streaming at a decent bit rate running OBS while the GPU is outputting to two monitors (one for gaming one for twitch chat) is gonna be tough on a $1000 budget. I mean you can do it but you'll have to make sacrifices in regard to brand names and size of SSD.

JUST MAKE SURE THIS RIG HAS AT LEAST 16GB OF RAM AND 4GB OF DEDICATED GPU MEMORY.

Source: I streamed CSGO on Twitch for years.

Yep, I struggle streaming even on my build some times. The amount of money that really good streamers put into their rig is silly.

Also, are peripherals included in his budget? Hell, even a low end monitor is no cheaper than $100.

Ivan, I hope you realize we're not trying to put you down or make you feel like it's not worth it. We've just built, and recently, so we know what's going on in the PC market. You can build a pc for $700, but I think Dex and I both feel like you'll be upgrading in a couple of years if you do that. If you do build something for $700, then you might have to make sacrifices (a la no streaming).

And Dex, it's not that I'm being cheap. I want to set the foundation to be able to upgrade. My budget is $700.  Trust me I'd like to get the best of the best but making pesos instead of dollars isn't helping my cause so I have to set a budget and work around that.

I'm not calling you cheap. Your budget is your budget. I'm just telling you won't be able to accomplish what you want to on that budget. That's all man. This isn't like building a camera rig where you can start out with one working component and continually upgrade. Certain hardware is only compatible with others. So if you buy a cheap PSU or Motherboard and expect to upgrade to better hardware when you have the money they won't be compatible and you'll have to spend more money.

My advice is either wait until you've saved up more money or increase your budget.

This is what I'm working with at the moment.

GPU is trash. I'd be amazed if you got 50-60FPS on low playing Witcher 3. Never heard of that Motherboard before I would check reddit. You can run CSGO on low with these specs but you still won't be able to stream smoothly. You can probably sneak by with that processor. I would upgrade to the 7 since you'll be streaming but your budget is your budget.

Also there has to be something wrong with that SSD. No way you get that much SSD for that price. I would check the speeds of that and make sure it can handle what you plan on doing. A budget SSD & processor with the kind of multitasking you're planning is asking for blue screening.

I was thinking of upgrading the motherboard to accommodate future upgrades and maybe getting a better GPU. Is the 7 that much better? From what I was reading the difference wasn't that great but I am not sure. If the difference is greater than I'd definitely will get the 7.

I think you can get away with the 5 because this one is 6 cores. But in bro/intel speak the 7 is going to give you better performance than the 5 so if the price is right do it. But I still know people who game on Intel i5s and they're okay. You can spend your money elsewhere.
