If we had every pick in the draft...

I disagree

Talent to me is god given so to speak. its just a matter of time before that talent can be coached or developed into performance on the feild.

If I could have the entire 2019 draft but could not have a single draft pick for 5 years, I would do it.

would we win the SuperBowl in 2019?

the talent would be there, but thats a lot of young blood. Would we be able to coach them to beat the best?

probably not

The vast majority of the draft isn't any better than replacement level especially in their first year.  After the fact maybe, but you would still have to go down to 53 players.  Even if there were 53 above average players in the draft you would have to pick the correct ones out of the 200+.

Just look at a few positions.

QB- who would you have picked last year?  Mayfield and Darnold?  Maybe you pick Rosen and Darnold?  Do they beat the Patriots or Rams

RB-Barkley and Michel?  RB is probably the easiest for the first year transition

WR-Riley and Moore, both had good rookie seasons but not really great when compared to the rest of the league.  Especially early in the season.

A lot of these guys played well for rookies and will turn into good players but in their first year they really don't play great compared to experienced players.

Casual fans severely overstate the talent in the draft.  If the players coming in were really that much better the overall talent of the league would grow exponentially over time and that isn't the case.  I'm guessing the 90s Cowboys would compare favorably talent wise with teams of today.  Every year a handful of great players come in the league and a handful of leave.  Same with good players, a few more enter and some leave.  The vast majority are replacement level, just younger and cheaper.

Even if talent was there, experience would not be, so I am a "no".

However, it would solve the issue of Rivera making young players wait too long before finding out they are better than the sub-par vet he held on to ahead of them.

Way too many variables. The talent quality for certain years is downright awful, I have no idea if this class is going to be 2011 or 2016. Only one can QB too. Others may never get an opportunity to prove they can play, many may not fit the system but be very good players.

Okay but just go look at the top round and a half of each draft...

I'd say no.  There is plenty of talent in the 2019 draft, although QB is a bit rough.

My main concern is that it takes time for rookies to actually learn pro schemes on both sides of the ball.  College football schemes are like preschool worksheets compared to a NFL playbook.  A solid, veteran team would beat a team composed of all rookies from the 2019 class.

One caveat:  the team would improve dramatically as the season progressed, but not enough to win a Superb Owl.
