Hawaii made the game half way ok because there was the fact that the winning team got their families say free. Now it's just a joke with its lame locations. Switching to a skill competition would just be better.

Didn't watch.

Did hear on radio earlier today that Pro Bowl ratings are typically double that of a Stanley Cup finals game --- that's pretty surprising.

Not in many years.

I like the NBA Dunk Contest and 3 Point, but not the game.

I love MLB all-star weekend though, I don't think there's anything as fun as the Derby.

Simple fix

Move it to the superbowl location and have it the bye week like now.

Make it strictly a ultimate skills challenge 

A QB challenge (actually make it difficult)

WR skills

Kicker challenge (distances, different angles, narrow the goalpost or put something there to make it narrow and have them kick it threw that)

Punter challenge (distance, pinning it at certain spots, hangtime etc)

DL drills

DB drills (backpedal so far run certain area, catch a int, run it back so far, run somewhere and tackle a tackle dummy)

Bench press like the combine

40 yard dash

Return speed drill (kick it or punt it to a guy in the endzone and have him run weaving threw dummys the full 100 yards)

RB drill similar to the NBA skills.  Including push block sled, catching pass, sprint a certain distance, etc)

All these in full pads (minus bench press)

Winner of each skills challenge, NFL donates a certain $$$ to charity of choice

 

Division overall who wins the most.  That division team is the home team in the superbowl and calls the initial coin toss

I usually watch the Pro Bowl Skills Showdown, but that's about it.

I'll second that. The Skills show is SO MUCH more entertaining than the Pro Bowl. This year's was fun; Barkley illustrated just how versatile he is by dodgeball, Von Miller & Adam Thielen both participated in the QB Skills drill (Von sucked ass lol)
