Trade Chatter

Shocker

Hopefully we are just taking this thing down to the wire and we're going to trade Frank to whomever has the highest bid by 3:00 PM.

Other than that, standing pat was the right call. This team wasn't going to beat Milwaukee, Toronto, Philly, or Boston in a four game series regardless of whether we added Gasol or not. This team will squeak into the playoffs as the 7th seed, win a game, and we'll do the same thing next year because we'll still have Batum's, Biyombo's, Marv's, and MKG's massive contracts on the books.

Unfortunately we are three years out from potentially being a top four team in the eastern conference. Rich Cho literally might be the worst GM in NBA history.

Is Cho in Orlando?

Philly might win the east... they are nearly two deep at every position.

PG: Ben Simmons, T.J. McConnell

SG: J.J. Redick, Jonathan Simmons

SF: Jimmy Butler, Corey Brewer

PF: Tobias Harris, Mike Scott

C: Joel Embid, Boban Marjanovic

Not to mention they just recouped some of the picks they lost in the Harris trade.

People are going to be mad that we didn't do anything but when Malik and Miles start averaging 15+ points per game we can look back to this deadline and know that Kupchak didn't do anything to screw up the future.

If Kemba wants to get paid he'll continue to ball out, lead this team to the playoffs, and end up on one of the three ALL-NBA teams and Jordan and Co. will give him a super max. If he's had enough (which I can't blame him if he has), he'll take his talents to NYC or LA in the offseason thus setting up the team to do a massive makeover.

My only regret is that we couldn't find a single partner for Frank.

Frank will be gone soon. not like they were gonna get anything for him anyways.

Look for us to trade our first rounder around draft time to free up cap space.

I also think there is a very good possibility now that Kemba leaves this summer. Losing these last 2 games and not doing anything at the deadline probably didn’t make Kemba very happy.

Second half of this season will be interesting

we just sh!t the bed..

im not gunna be surprised when Kemba leaves this offseason.. he said it on national TV - "They know what they have to do.."

We're going to do just enough to make it into the playoffs and swept round 1

If we lose Kemba and are drafting at 18.

Its going to be a Loooooong season and some Empty stands
