I know, but the success will be determined when he rehabs and throws--pain, tolerance, etc.  I probably should not have used exploratory--procedural maybe.  Clean is good--but we will not know until April May June area if it was successful.   My point?  If it was questionable or debated, you scope and hope for the best.  If not, he misses the year anyway.

Oh sure, success in this context just means they got it done and there we no complications.

Interesting he can create 5 pathetic, bullshit threads on the topic and respond about the topic with another 100 posts in 20 other threads.

Yet when facts come out basically establishing he's a dumbass...no where to be found.

I used to think he was a troll, but I'm convinced he's just that stupid.

Colts quarterback Andrew Luck knows a thing or two about shoulder surgery. He had surgery on his throwing shoulder during the offseason prior to the 2017 season and ultimately wound up missing that season. Asked Friday at the Pro Bowl for his thoughts on Panthers quarterback Cam Newton, who on Thursday had his second shoulder surgery in three offseason, Luck said, ‘'He doesn't need advice from me, but be patient and trust yourself. It can be very frustrating, certainly, but sometimes doing it the right way takes a little longer but sets you up well in the long run."

i swear to god he's (hammerincam) a saints fan.    never seen a panther fan so upset over a saints loss in the playoffs.  i swear he wasn't happy like the rest of us, and that's not normal if youre a panther fan.

I'd agree he's stupid, but I'm pretty sure his lack of response is because he's banned.

Not saying this is the surgery Cam had performed or not, but playing sports for years and throwing a ball, swinging a bat, landing on my shoulders, etc. I had to have this procedure done:

https://www.websterorthopedics.com/distal-clavicle-excision.html

Cam's throwing motion is more overhanded than sidearm and he has a taken a ton of hits and awkward falls on his throwing shoulder so it wouldn't surprise me if this was something he was dealing with.  It's a pain in the arse as your arm loses strength and the impingement of the tendons makes it painful to do anything repetitive with the affected arm.  Pain radiates down your arm, can be felt in your elbow, and even in your hand.

You can still "gut it out" and play football, baseball, etc. but I can tell you that there is no way to get your normal velocity on the ball and trying to throw a ball for distance is literally out of the question - your arm just doesn't have the strength and you have no way of knowing if the ball will travel 20 yards or the 50 you are trying for.
