They are in utter disarray as we could have imagined (which is a nice change this season). Many threads are being made about members quiting their nfl fandom in general.

However, this link here is about a thread that's promoting a lawsuit against the nfl for it's officiating! LOLOLOLOL

That thread is really no worse that THIS thread created this many hours after the game ended. Those fans have a right to be upset. Imagine what we would feel if it were us and we lost like that?

Nope. All the folks that have been on the couch with no team to watch, but were on the computer/phone late into the night and even into the second game slapping each other on the butt because the NO lost remind me of this guy.

They're an incredibly whiny, entitled fanbase which I think is reflective of a bandwagon in general.  I've known some Saints fans who were around for the original bag head days and they were actually pretty cool, but they're in the minority by now.  Yeah the officiating was poo and that happens but I doubt there's some league conspiracy against one of the NFL's undisputed golden boys in Drew Brees.

I mean people here are still angry about a literal Broncos fan officiating our Super Bowl loss which was full of questionable calls but I don't remember anybody suggesting a class action lawsuit over it.  If the shoe was on the other foot I think most people here would be brimming with rage at the coaching staff if they had criminally mismanaged our last drive of regulation like the Saints did.  They could have basically run the ball three times, burned all of LA's timeouts, kicked the field goal, and it's roughly 60/40 that they avoid OT altogether.

And indicative of their punk ass coach. Refs been favoring Saints on the field for years, even after they tried to purposefully injure players

    • I don't think defense is a must-have at 8.  There are other ways to help a defense besides adding a rotational edge. Panthers want to run.  They want to burn clock and sustain drives.  Keep the defense fresh.  One way to do this is to run 2 TE sets.  Adding a guy like Warren could be the key.  We could run more.  He's a great pass-catcher and safety valve to keep drives going. And he can run wildcat near the goal line. If Graham is gone (and he is not likely to get past Jacksonville at 5), then my dream scenario would be to move back a few spots to 11 (SF) and swap 2nds with them and pick up an extra 5th.  SF (11), Chi (10), and MIA (13) all need OTs and we will be in prime position for a move back for the best offer.  Take the SF 2nd (#43) and grab Ezeiruaku.  Then go DT in the third and S in the 4th. Grab Stuttsmann with the 5th you just picked up and all of a sudden your defense is vastly improved (on paper).
    • wasn't overjoyed Zaha was taking my boy Vargas' spot (one of my favs)......but he did a really good job of making me not being able to care about it in his Charlotte FC debut.
