Someome explain to me why in an era of explosive offenses that a touchdown in the opening drive of overtime automatically wins the game.

I will say this, the game for crazy the last 7 minutes but taking all the nutty penalties away,.. 

playing run, ball control and defense was what the patriots did until they had to let Brady do what he does.

just like with the Rams game,.. defense, run the ball, time of possession, slowing the game down,.. and of course having a quarterback that doesn’t fold at the end are what win championships.

KC played their hearts out, they will get a better defense next year and be back I’m sure.

KC had a chance to get a TD at end of regulation.  That was their chance and they blew it.  You don't go to OT against New England in a Championship game.

Officiating gave NE the game in the 4th quarter. OT was just a formality.

Edelman muffed the punt- not enough to overturn call.

Brady was not hit in head.

Incomplete pass.

All on the same drive.
