It's actually not.    Because of the on-field ruling, the video would have shown 100% that he did NOT touch it.    I don't think we had that.    But the NFL is going to NFL.

I'm not sure he touched it, but I don't think there was anything there to definitively say he didn't. I think you had to stick with the call on the field.
