I think the fact we’ve had multiple injuries of varying length and see a consistency of performance shows this isn’t just the personnel. Scheme, positional coaching and the players have to be in sync to perform like this. So making the big FA splash will only work if the scheme and coaching can take advantage and develop them into a cohesive unit. I’m unsure if we have that unity on the defensive side where Canales had the luxury of bringing over someone who was already coaching in his scheme and then picked the guys that most likely thrive. -
They gave up 434 yards of offense 26 points and an L last night to a very up and down Eagles team.
