The Pathers will have the top ranked Pass Defense after today, we were #2 going into today and trailing only the Giants but at half they have already given up 150 passing yards so baring a complete shut out or even with one for that matter we will be #1 and probably top 10 overall.

Way to go Ron Meeks, and the Panthers Defense.

Its nice to us the words "pass rush" and "Panthers" again in the same sentence without using "lack of". We didn't get many sacks but we were in the QB's face all day. Hopefully they keep it up against the better teams.

Yeah, we just happened to luck out on a few shitty passes when our corners were flat out beat. Oh well, guess I'll enjoy being on top in one stat other than the pick column while it lasts.

Ron Meeks has done some great stuff with this defense. With Double Trouble running like they do and Smitty getting back in the game, all we need is a QB who doesn't pitch 3 interceptions a game and we can beat anyone.

Ok official stats came out and the giants are still #1 in pass by .9 yards per game, basically 6 more yards over the entire season so far, but what I didn't expect but was pleasantly surprised to see was that the Panthers Defense is for the moment tied for 4th overall with Philly, but that will probably change after tomorrow with Philly playing the vaunted Redskins offense.
