So, I’m assuming Marty will run our FA and draft like usual, with Tepper walking him on a leash jamming analytics down his throat. 

Unless there have been some notable FO hires I don’t know about. 

JR’s grandbaby is still running pro personnel, right? 

I dunno. I just don’t see Tepper singlehandedly transforming a mediocre talent evaluator into anything different. And I’m not that impressed with their recent pro personnel evaluations.
