Is Norv turner really the OC for this team future??

Just a question... Do you guys trust Norv to coordinate this offense going forward??

The CJ thing seems to be a major mistake on his part.. Not finding ways to use him when he was here.. Then letting him walk and over using CMC could be a catastrophe down the road...

Even if Norv initiated the release of CJ Anderson (a theory for which you have zero evidence, by the way) the decision still has to be run through the head coach and the GM.

Saying that someone else suggested it doesn't make them look any less stupid.

I’m gonna stick with the theory that Norv had a particularly high amount of input on that front.

The only blame for cutting CJ is Hurney.

Ron has always been stubbornly loyal to players above the depth chart way before Norv got here...even if Norv wasn't our OC I don't see things working out much differently

It is what it is.  At least we dont have Shula calling plays anymore.  As long as Rivera is HC Im not going to complain about coordinators or position coaches.  The beast rots from the head.

I just don't think it would've made a difference either way.  Yes, he could've spelled CMC and helped in redzone, but I don't think he could've won us more games (especially considering he was definitely partially to blame in the Atlanta game for the loss)

CMC did fine on his own. It wouldn’t have mattered. We have other problems than RB on this team.

Consider context here, he was our upgrade from Shula so of course he came in like a God but no I don't see him as part of the future.  Marty, Ron, and Norv can split the cost of the U Haul to leave town together.

While we miss used CJ he was going to be gone next year anyway.  It was just a stop gap rental.  

The offense was fine before Cam got hurt. And I sure as hell don’t want Shula back.
