If so that is terrible news for the future of the team. Owners who meddle like that are always terrible owners. He either trusts Ron and Marty to run the team and let's them do so or he doesn't trust them and should've fired them and hired who he does trust.

I have a feeling they would try Addison at OLB, he has the size, build and speed to play it.

Makes a ton of sense based on our current personnel. It will be much easier to find new pass rushers as well.

I have to look back at my posts to find where I wen't a little more in depth about a switch.

Just on the surface it doesn't seem to be that crazy of an idea. Also, if they do this, I'd expect them to keep a guy like Peppers on board for one more year. He's excelled in both systems and would be a great mentor.

Obada may be better suited as a stand up pass rusher as well.

Peppers earned his salary this year. He'd be great to have as a rotational player, which is all he wants to be and all we'd need him to be.

i hope with being so close to third all time in sacks that they would bring him back for situational pass rushing.  That being said, as much as I love Pep, the team doesnt owe him this.
