You guys understand no one worth their weight in salt would want to join this lame duck staff, right?

Not sure I buy that. Pagano has a really good rep and he's interviewing for what's basically a bottom tier position.

Granted, he's also the brother of a Rivera friend and it's possible he'll get a better offer, but there's also Perry Fewell.

All these people are gone in 2020 so it really doesn't matter at this point. As long as Tepper keeps Hurney from signing old vets to retard deals then its a win at this point for the worst run franchise in the NFC.

Like I said, next season is a wasted season. I hope we can draft long term prospects in April and start to see them bloom with a decent staff in 2020

Tepper has been an official part of the NFL since 2009.  He knows who he likes as coaches or administrators and he knows whether or not he can get them.

He's a damn multi-BILLIONAIRE.  He *knows* these things by now.

If he doesn't he's the dumbest damn multi-billionaire I've ever known about.

Sure. That doesn’t mean those people are available to hire right now.

I think you kinda made my point without realizing it.

Of course this staff is appealing to a guy like Pagano. It’s a perfect spot for him to be named interim if Rivera is canned mid season so that he can build on his resume and audition for another potential head coaching run.

I’d say the same for Fewell but his hype died years ago. It wasn’t too far in the way back machine that he was the next sure fire thing for a head coaching hire.  That was of course when teams were actually interested in stopping people instead of just outscoring them.

I get that, but Pagano is still getting buzz for other jobs, just not head coaching jobs.

This upcoming season will be the first one I haven't watched since 2003. Done with this sh*t. If they aren't serious about winning, then I'm not watching. Fug Rivera and Fug Tepper for getting fooled.

How fuging stupid do you have to be to believe they aren't serious about winning?

Stop with the ignorance!!!
