The NFLPA is for the players. Why would they come out and say what they did? D Smith is for the players. End of discussion.

Because associating with and supporting a low/no character liar would damage the integrity of the NFLPA.

The NFLPA is in the business of looking out for players who are willing to operate within the clearly defined and collectively bargained guidelines jointly established by the NFLPA and The NFL.  Rogue zealots have no place within an organization like the NFLPA...they are on their own.

I’m not saying with ironclad proof that he’s toxic. Read again what I wrote. (the word MAY, namely.)

I’m laying out a theory that perhaps he’s been singled out because he’s not a good dude. Why else would dozens of others who protested during the anthem be employed, without issue?

I’m taking a deeper dive into the issue, one that doesn’t involve skin color.

because oh i don't know he has a fuging suit filed against them and none of the others do?????? is this really a giant mystery variable to you?

I thought Reid's play on the field this year was outstanding.  Considering we signed him for 1M, he was among the best values on the team. Also I agree with his political stance, and wouldn't mind us signing Kap as a backup.

With that said, between this and the scuffle before the Eagles game, I'm starting to question some things about him.

Using your platform is great.  Abusing your platform is a nothing but a distraction.
