I guess we keep speed bump and watch Cam get killed again. It's a damn shame that Ron and our GM's have killed our All Pro QB.

If only there are things a ab can do to protect himself.  Oh yeah, there is!

Points are a) it's impossible to have an all pro oline, otherwise Ron would insist on one, and 2nd) Cam is historically a terrible qb when it comes to throwing the ball away, to live for the next snap.

We had 6th fewest sacks and 9th fewest qb hits this season. That's pretty damn respectable given the injuries and patchwork line.

Hell no,...’draft the best tackle at 16 and then the best tackle and then best center.

first 3 picks,.. load it up,.. it’s time to stop messing around with the offensive line. LT, RT and Center— use the FA money to do the defense.

how about spend all the draft picks on offensive line and another pass catching tightend or a TY Hilton type of receiver like Marquise Brown.

lol

The defense has HUGE holes and Ron is now back directly running and calling the defense.

This draft, like all of the previous drafts and FA signing during the Rivera Regime, will yet again be defense majority and defense top-heavy.

Its been quite clear for years now that Ron Rivera places little to no priority toward protecting his QB.

So what’s your solution pimp?

well to be honest we seem to have a lot of needs....id like to see something more balanced. Stud DE, C or G, S,  G or C.... we need a minimum of 4 starters out of the draft that can contribute immediately .... then fill in with FA if possible...we could use another LB.... but Gettlism is a disease...

I like that Gettlism.

Im ready to let Williams walk. I do not want to overpay to keep him. I get it that hes young and was very solid but he’s not even Moton good. Do not get cap strapped going into the future. We may not be so good next season with a bad coaching staff coming back with many starters leaving. Dont need to overpay Williams now.

Hopefully, the Panthers don't end up in the same situation we had with Marty Hurney 1.0; lots of old/injured players with bloated contracts limiting the team's ability to field a competitive roster.

At this point, I'm still optimistic, believing that Tepper won't allow that to happen.

The problem is the FA OT class is awful. Williams will probably still get the biggest contract. Need to set a limit, I say 10M/average, and not budge. That probably won’t do it, but it’s all you can risk with an injury. Sign a vet for 3-4M and draft one with the first three picks. Much better RT class. There aren’t any day one LTs, if any develop at all.
