Great read on Arsenal, Rams owner... the guy is extremely in debt

The guy worth like $7B but he also have almost $7B in debt if not more.  So technically the guy is broke.

He bought Rams with 100% debt, Arsenal 100% debt, building $2B Rams stadium with 100% debt.  He also purchased basketball and hockey teams with 100% debt.

He invested zero of his money to any of the franchises and will not invest a single penny.  With interest rates rising it might bite him in the ass... Arsenal revenue is $0 or loss... He already empty Arsenal entire cash reserves of £260M so Arsenal is out of money.

Should be interesting next few years with Arsenal and owner completely broke.
