According to a league source, Panthers head coach Ron Rivera and GM Marty Hurney have returned from a multiple-day series of meetings with owner David Tepper in New Jersey, which were characterized as positive and constructive as forward progress of organization was discussed.

Hate on it all you want, but obviously Tepper has them there to LEARN the way HE wants the next season to progress, will hopefully show a bit of change for Tepper's first full season as owner.

I thought Tepper moved his company from NJ to FL?
