There are serious coaching issues, particularly IMO play calling... but this one is on Jake... he sucks.

Fox and Davidson are 1 and 1a. how the hell you not run the ball on the worst-ranked run defense and give a SHAKY Jake the ball 44 times??? that is beyond me...

#2 is Jake. Yeah the coaching staff gave him the ball 44 times, he should have protected it better

#3 is Kasay. Those misses hurt. You're supposed to make those. If they were from 50+, i wouldn't blame him as much. but, those he has to make.

#4 is Moore. Gotta secure the ball on a major punt like that. We was building momentum after a HUGE defensive stop on 3rd and short and he gave them a short field. ultimately, this killed our last realistic chance. Everything else culminated to that mistake.

Me too. If we had a more assertive non passive owner we wouldnt have to wait til our house is completely burned down to the ground before we do something about it. I believe every move that was made this offseason was done with his blessing. The "Jake is married to the owner's daughter" rumor grows stronger by the day here in Charlotte, NC. As an original PSL owner and die hard Panther fan, I must say the Carolina Panthers are a direct reflection of their founder. This is his baby, and his baby is soft, inconsistent, ungrateful, and not hungry to win. Under his leadership the team has never posted back to back winning seasons, and just made perhaps one of the most foolish contract extensions in league history. No more free passes from this Panther fan, you dont get results, you gets no love. The product we get on the field is the one Jerry Richardsons believes his fanbase deserves.

I will not blame the game plan you can not always run against 8-9 men fronts. Sooner or later your QB has too make people pay for doing everything too stop the run. He had single coverage and couldn't make them pay. I'm not going to run it 80 times because sooner or later they will put 10 in too stop the run. Jake should have made them pay by throwing good passes.

Jake, mostly. There's plenty of blame to go around, though. Maybe they will have a desire to win games next season because they don't have it now.

Davidson -- His offense falls flat continuously and it falls on his playcalling first and foremost.

Fox -- He is responsible for Davidson and Jake.

Jake -- Can't throw accurate passes in clutch situations.

Moore -- You cannot mess up like that at this level. I forgive him this time, but if were to do it again and if it were up to me he'd not be returning kicks.

Some can't see the forest through the trees, so it's useless to explain why.. but I will vaguely say, in the end, the coach has the final say and Jake isn't cutting it. Not just that, but there are many aspects to our game that are failing. Maybe not every game, but in most games, and over most years being the same issue.
