Pretty simple to me 

TD for 3 million

or 

Shaq for 9+ million.  Or even 7 mill on a negotiated contract. 

...

I think TD played better.  Even after losing a step.   Also .. TD was a very fast LB/S  so even losing a step he isn't slow as people are making it sound. 

I have not seen any significant improvement in Shaq's play.  He does make some good plays, but turns around and makes bad plays right after.  Seen no improvement between year 3 and 4.   

So..

Would rather bring back TD, maybe look into FA or what we already have on the roster.. and address other positions.  My opinion.
