Sans any comment or opinion on Cam whatsoever, or any other player, on or off the field, while your second assertion has more than just mere merit (especially around this place lately), the first is simply incorrect. Perform a search on Rivers and children. You'll get > 7 MILLION hits, many relevant to the issue. He's on #9 and planning for more. Fitz isn't too far behind. Apparently, it can be touchy subject. 99% of media these days, is, shall we say, not to be relied upon (at best), but, FWIW, before now, it has been an "issue" for some. If it's such a prevalent issue for other QB's, why did you have to dig all the way back to 2015?

What is it about the definition of the word "random" (or, "many, many," and, > 7 mil.) an articulate (superficially anyway) reader doesn't understand? I even hesitated to use that one because of its masthead, but the content was seemingly valid, and the issue has come up with starting QBs before, regardless of their "demographic" category. Back to my ignore list you go, but it was fun for, oh, a few minutes. Carry on y'all.

If you report a post where someone is outwardly being a racist piece of poo then I will ban them indefinitely.

You conveniently completely bypassed the prevalence of veiled language within this fanbase about the clothes Newton wears and his sexuality, and instead chose to dig up a media question from 4 years ago about Rivers family?

I’m not lightening anything. When I see people that are being pieces of poo I ban them. But I can’t see everything. That what the report button is for. I go through the reports as thoroughly and as often as I can. They often number into the 100’s daily. I sift through and see what’s legit and what is superfluous. If you have reported these people with legit complaints and I haven’t seen them or gotten to them yet, I apologize. But I go through each of them one by one and ban, warn, or just complete the report as needed.

One thing the bigoted Cam haters have done well over the years is thinly veil their racism with dumb ass takes and nod and wink type statements.  It sucks, and it gets hard to ignore.  It also sucks because it kills the ability to have any real discussion or critisim on Cams play and probably makes alot of us wrongly judge some posters input.  At least I know Im guilty of that and just instictively feel the need to shut down any Cam critisim (even legit critisim) because I know inevitibly where its going to lead.

I also see the difficulty for the mods.  They're not here to divine the real meaning behind peoples posts.  They can only react to a post at a time and judge it on its content.  Has to be tiring as hell.

And, if they do ban them, you know they'll just come back with a new name and you'll have the same dumb poo.  At least by not banning them you can make a determination over time of what they're all about, who you're dealing with, and send them to your ignore list as appropriate.
