good on you man, both for getting help and typing this.  never had a panic attack or thought i could ever have a nervous breakdown.  8 days in hospice, last 4 alone, with my pops, listening to him choke to death from aspiration pneumonia broke me.   not forever, but man.

This isn’t the first time he’s posted something like this just to come back the next season and still act like a child at times. For his own sake and the sake of the team, I hope he’s serious about the attitude and gets healthy.  He’s literally our only hope.
