All I've heard are opinions floated around by the press and rumors by folks on here ranging from everyone is safe to only Ron and Norv are safe.  So far the team hasn't put out an official statement as far as I know.  But changes are coming... supposedly.

It seems that Tepper is only going to fire him if a particular coach he wants agrees. It honestly does seem that the decision hasn't even been made one way or another but it's rather weird.

Maybe Tepper dosnt want to fire him on NYE.  Maybe he has better things to do and will get down to business later this week.   Maybe Julio's source is legit.  Theres a sliver of hope.
