This is an obese team that needs to straight up burn the fat and not trim it. This is a lot of fat (Poe). Get them all out and go young. We still need a pro bowl caliber corner, someone like Tillman to show these young players how to cover. If we lose Davis and Shaq that's too much at LB and Luke will be singled out all the time.

Yep.  We need to do what Seattle did this offseason.  They moved on from some big names via cuts and trades to free up cap space and leaned on young guys to step up.  It worked well.
