It is surprising because of just that though...Saints aren't the brightest and on social media Cam gets a lot of hate so I'd call it surprising when something he shouldn't get hate for but usually does doesn't take off in this case.

I'm a Clemson fan but when I was in the military we were in SEC only country and the internet wasn't yet mainstream so we had to watch those games and it was a huge difference compared to the rest of the leagues. Still watch the SEC along with Clemson but watching Cam was like those who got to watch Bo Jackson play back in his time and other players like that.

Bad thing about it though I was in Saints territory and they didn't have Brees yet so it was interesting to see all the Cowboys, Steelers, 49ers gear then they did get Brees and it swapped like overnight lol.
