Wilks was ROYALLY screwed. 

Joseph was horrible. Bowles was mediocre. 

Marvin Lewis was given 4000 seasons to win a playoff game. No luck.

unfortunately those black coaches who all got fired today had one thing in common, they were Defensive minded HC. Unless your BB then the days of hiring DC's as head coaches may be coming to a close.

I would argue that many of Marvin's rosters (despite not having a QB as good as Cam) had superior talent to Rivera's all around. Their offensive line in the 5 straight playoff seasons were better protection than Cam has ever had, and their defense has been consistently good. At least Rivera hasn't lost playoff games to the likes of Sanchez, TJ Yates and Matt Schaub...

I think it was Adams but how likely is it that only one person on defense knows who is calling the defense. Perhaps Adams is such an OG he doesn't care...I mean he is well into the twilight of his career and all the fugs given meter is at 0.
