Panthers have had great luck against Bruce Arians honestly, I'm not against it. He's a great coach but I don't see him turning Tampa around. They have a hex on them or something.

They have a hex on them because they have a trash QB and haven't had a good coach since Jon Gruden and Keyshawn Johnson were there. Bruce Arians could absolutely turn them around.

Big difference in a team you play every couple years in another conference opposed to a team you play twice every single year.

Yeah I'm not going to sit here and defend Ron Rivera. I'm disappointed that he's not being fired. Only point is that Dan Quinn is garbage too.

Arians is a great coach but I dunno if he has it in him to overcome all the garbage going on in the Bucs organization. Sadly enough the Browns would be a way better spot for him.

It would take him at least three years to turn them around with the QB situation they have.

For starters, their current QB’s are horrid, there are no options in free agency outside of a mediocre Bridgewater, and this years QB class is horrid. So they are looking at the very least until the 2020 draft for an opportunity to select a franchise QB. On top of that, starting rookie QB’s don’t typically make the playoffs (14 in NFL history). So now we are on to his third year and he is nearly 70 years old (which would make him the third oldest coach in NFL history), at that point he may just retire.

Tampa is looking for a quick fix but it ain’t gonna happen regardless of who they have as the HC.

Ron never had the lead and didnt care to adjust either. Lazy coaching in the biggest game for the franchise.

And a SB loss is a SB loss.

Ron the defensive genius couldn't stop a Broncos team with broke neck and was like "durr dey keept sackerating our QB wat iz teh happening" (7 step drops never stopped, and forget all about smoke screens, RB screens, slants or any sort of intelligent adjustments)

Tampa Bay ownership/GM have already pretty much stated Jameis Winston is their QB, regardless of who the head coach may be.

That being said, would Arians put up with Winston? After all, Winston's only a rape accusation, sexual assault, theft, obscenity/homophobic slurs away from being out of the league. Oh, wait....

Guess he's the next GOAT.

quinn is 6-2 against ron. one is clearly superior to the other

Since Quinn has been in Atlanta.  Ron's teams have had better success than Quinn's.   I think I would rate overall success ahead of head to head.
