Next year will be the 1st effective year of David Tepper's ownership tenure.  This year doesn't count because he took over the team on July 9th, much too late to effect any material changes for the 2018/19 season.  In addition, it will take several years for Tepper to clean up the superfund site known as the Carolina Panthers -- again, be patient!
