Tepper wants changes... what will we get

So I’m assuming that what we heard about Tepper telling Ron he wants changes on the staff is true. We have seen Ron fire two meaningless assistants while keeping his friends around, we saw him keep Shula years after he should have been gone.

What changes to the coaching staff do you guys think we’ll see and who would you like to see get hired.

Offensive side of the ball looks fine but everyone not named Steve Russ and Sam Mills needs to be let go from the defensive side.

New DC, new DL coach, new Seconday coach, and for heavens sake man, get your nephew off the staff as a quality control coach...
