Dear Mr. Tepper,

Something for you to analyze

2002   7-9

2003  11-5

2004   7-9

2005  11-5

2006   8-8

2007   7-9

2008  12-4

2009   8-8

2010  2-14

2011  6-10

2012   7-9

2018   7-9

Theres a pattern and a common denominator.  Please make the right choice.

Why did you leave out Ron’s good years.. if you blame him for losing you have to give him credit for winning

This has nothing to do with Ron

These are seasons with Hurney as GM

Some could argue last year the 2017 season.  But Hurney didnt step in until right before camp, so the team had been puzzled pieced together with draft and FA prior to him stepping in.   That team was Gettlemans

Tepper has apparently already made the wrong decision on Ron.  This isnt about Ron.

I’d honestly take Hurney over Rivera if I was forced to choose.

As of right now it looks like we got two really good starters out of last year’s draft and potentially a third.

The only issue I have with him is not addressing the defensive end position and signing Poe. But there’s things I’m going to disagree with every GM on.

I could probably stomach another year of either one, the combo is hard to swallow though

Not a chance

A GM with 3 winning seasons out of 12.  A guy who has been previously been fired by his own buddy after being the Worst at his job in the league.  A guy who never even got a phone call from any of the other 31 teams after being fired, until his buddy had to scramble and bring anyone in after firing the current GM late right before camp.

Vs a guy who had 2 winning seasons, 3 division champions, 3 playoff appearances out of 4 years under a GM not named Hurney.  A guy who everyone says another team will immediately pick up.  A guy atleast 1 team has said they will go after if we part ways.  Unlike who Hurney who only people calling him is WFNZ.

I don’t see how you can blame Hurney for this regardless of numbers. Most of the players he added (Moore, Jackson, Thomas, Reid) were impact players for us.

When you go 1-7 in your last 8 games, there is something seriously wrong with your coach.

Crappy draft picks

Terrible FA signings

Yes Moore, Jackson, and Reid were impact players THIS year

While Poe was a weakness.  Searcy showed nothing when healthy, as did Smith, and CJ Smith (I get he had 2 good weeks in LA, but the staff didnt seem he was good enough to get any here and 2 other teams that cut him after us didnt seem he was good enough as well)

    • For the silly people that worship her it will be that.  The Coleman 'legend' thing, they did that with another fairly average player that was here and I sort of mocked or questioned the 'legend' status. Instantly caught crap for insulting someone's favorite Panther. So okay, Kurt Coleman is a Legend.
    • You allow him to compete--you all are talking as if I am proposing making him the starter. Give him a new coach, new weapons, good OL, etc. and see what happens. You are saying, "Well Damn.  It did not work for 3 guys..."  Right now, our C is injured, we lost our top 2 WRs.  Better question:  If you need a QB, Why would you not take a chance on bringing in a QB who was a former first rounder, a good arm, intelligence, mobility, youth, etc.  and see how he does out of NY--with a better OL, better running game, better receivers.  I am not saying give him a 10-year contract, I am saying give him a chance. You act like there is no improvement on offense here--it was a 2 year process, and next year is year 2.  To me, how can you sit there with Bryce and an opportunity to sign a veteran QB on the cheap comes available and you say--"Not us. We're good.  We are waiting for Patrick Mahommes."  Jone's problem is obviously mental--and he has little support.  Why is this so frigging hard to comprehend.  It is called "bottom fishing" and it is better than sitting in the boat.
    • I think we're going to fall from behind quite early and be forced to abandon the run game.  3 rushes -2 yards 1 catch -10 yards
