He’s mediocre, to be generous. 

2007 off-season comes to mind, when he paraded around the “21 of 22 returning” mantra. Utter garbage. That team was completely void of depth, and it played out exactly like I knew it would.

It’s insanity that he is STILL in THAT role. After all these years, and all of the baggage. Jesus.

Are you stupid? He held an administrative position in 1998. He was promoted a year later.
