It means she thinks he's being retained and wants Ron to have a shirt to show off during a press conference on Monday.  If Tepper has assured Ron his job and not let anyone else know (leaving Ron to deal with all this drama when he didn't actually have to) I have to assume he's a sadist.

I think she’s taking a shot at the Panthers beat writers saying that if the Panthers media ran the team they’d fire Rivera and have a guy come fix the team before Ron’s Monday press conference
