Newton needs to dedicate the offseason to surgery and rehab. And for the love of god see other doctors and get the best care. Then the Panthers should evaluate if needs a year off. If he choses not to, I'll respect it, but probably time to move on at that point. I say this not knowing what the issue or remedy is, just what it appears to be.

In the meantime, we should be drafting oline like the Colts did and Dline as well.
