Kyle Allen should be our backup going forward

Ron Rivera...

...started Amini Silatolu over Andrew Norwell

...played Chris Manhertz over Ian Thomas

...kept an ineffective Torrey Smith in over both DJ Moore and Curtis Samuel

...played Chris Clark over a midget with a hangover

And that's far from an exhaustive list of the bad personnel decisions that have been made by Ron Rivera.

He's not good at that part of the job.

What the fug does any of this have to do with making a issue of not starting a undrafted rookie at QB while in playoff contention??  Or the lame 2 posters who are trying to act like they knew it all along.. If Ron would have started this kid against the Lions and he had a bad game what would you had said then??

Because we're talking about Rivera making a bad roster decision, and those are examples of previous bad roster decisions.

It's not that difficult.

And this is the dumbest example on that and it's based on 1 game against a team obviously not giving a fug..

You and your butt buddy are finding new ways to bitch on poo that doesn't matter..

Why exactly does this bother you so much?

And now Kyle is hurt great job Scot and Snow for not seeing that was going to happen??

Let's blame Ron for not getting him put the game early enough as well..

He's made that mistake before as well.. Let's bitch about this..lol

The person actually doing most of the "b-tching" in this thread would be you.

Try decaf, dude.

Saying that Allen is better than Heinike based upon this game is pretty ludicrous. No one, unless they're just blind, would have said this back in August, September, October or November...My goodness, the reasoning of some of you guys, all in the name of supporting a false narrative and/or agenda, is comical.

Don’t forget played Chandler and Byron bell instead of a traffic cone, Norman because he didn’t know how to coach him properly, Gano instead of Butker,  put Clark and Matt Kalil at LT instead of trying Moton I mean that’s off the top of my head...I’m sure we could write an essay. His personnel decisions and loyalty are his worst weaknesses.

    • I went on a solo elk hunt in the Flat Tops. It was awesomely miserable. LOL It was a late season hunt, I think third season and it was forecasted to snap off cold with highs in the upper thirties and lows in the single digits. fug it, I'm going anyway. They were wrong. The highs were in the low 20s and the lows were in the negative teens. I shivered so hard the first night I thought my teeth were going to break. It was the only time I've ever been legit concerned that I might be in trouble. Crawled out of my sleeping bag and got a fire started and suffered through the night bundled up next to the fire. I slept the next two nights literally wearing every stitch of clothing I'd brought with Nalgenes full of near boiling water in the bottom of my sleeping bag. That was the only way to have non-frozen water in the morning anyway. There was about a foot of snow on the ground and the melt/freeze crust was almost enough to support your weight but you'd go crashing through just as you went or make your step. It was exhausting travel and every step sounded like a rifle shot. Hunting was basically impossible. I never saw an elk in those four days, only saw 5-6 deer. LOL It was brutal but I loved it. Absolutely beautiful country that is never been to before and haven't been back since. I needed that four day complete break from society fighting for my life against the elements. I'm weird like that.
    • The lack of production is especially surprising given how much effort the team put into coaxing the best from him.  In just six short years he’s had the opportunity to work with 3 different GMs, 7 different head coaches and 10 different starting quarterbacks.  There’s literally no excuse to be made that one of those combos didn’t work.  It might be time to look withIAN.
    • I would say maybe 8 in a tier by themselves and all but 2 where picked in the top of the first allen pat m stroud burrow jackson hurts (maybe) Herbert Stafford
