Quite a poorly worded JLC article.  It's not a good look for an owner to be micromanaging defensive assistants.  It's likely not the case but the narrative they're driving. 

And frick, I'm really not liking the direction things are going. 

If 2019 is not lost, well, that means the 2 dinguses did well and Rivera and Hurney are here for another 3+ years minimum.   We're going to close the year at best at 1-7 after a 6-2 start and then we as fans get this?  The fans in Carolina do seem like an afterthought of those in charge.  

I feel like the league circles need Rivera as a HC for image purposes and we're the franchise stuck with him.  No one took him after like 8 interviews (we were his 9th HC interview if I remember correctly) and the product shows why.

Tepper is basically telling Ron that he needs to fire his buddies who should have been fired weeks ago. We know how loyal Ron is so this might not end well for him.
