For anybody that’s blames shoulder for the collapse I have 2 questions

1 Does Cam play defense?

2 who put together the O line protecting Cam?

Cam fugged his own shoulder with the stupid attempt to tackle that Charger player after throwing an interception two years ago.

Unfortunately the only thing that speaks in the NFL is money. It will take us fans coming together and refusing to go to games, buy Panthers memorabilia, and watching the games for a change to be made. Unfortunately the culture created in the Panthers organization is that mediocre (or worse) is acceptable, and you can tell that most of the players and coaches agree with that thought...

Just now, Mr. Scot said:

If we have another losing season next year, will you still be defending keeping everybody in place?

It's not my decision. So I don't have to defend it.

I just love how there is no limb where you are.

Whether there is coaching changes or not, I'll be here.

Rivera is a good coach. Is he perfect? Nope. Not sure I've seen a perfect coach.

If change comes, I'll embrace it. That's life. Either embrace it, or get over it.

I don't see any evidence of this.

I know it's fun to say though, isn't it?

Lol

"Good" isn't enough.

Marvin Lewis is good.

Dennis Green was good.

Marty Schottenheimer was good.

If "good" is satisfactory to you, then Ron Rivera is fine.

That's not enough for me. I want championships, and I don't believe for a second that Ron Rivera and Marty Hurney are capable of bringing those home.

I really don't see why we just don't get rid of everyone. We are not going to go to playoffs or win SB next year with Cam's shoulder. Why not let him rest a year and get new coaches in. Makes sense to me, and I think ur a moron if you think they should keep Rivera and Hurney. If you are ok with it then you like mediocrity.
