The one possibility that could still make a difference is if Hurney's "rapport" gets him moved to some other job title and the actual GM and player personnel duties are handed to someone else.

Granted, that reeks of a Jerry Richardson kind of move, but it's better than Hurney staying GM.

I'd prefer they both be gone but I could at least somewhat talk myself into understanding if they kept RR.  No friggin clue why Marty would have a job one day beyond the end of the season. If Tepper is this easily manipulated by sleezy Hurney then we may be doomed.

Imagine if Tepper reads the huddle and at the last moment he calls Ron and tells him to pack his stuff and ships him to Tampa for their 5th round draft pick.   Hurndog may get some leeway due to solid drafting but Tepper may be so pissed he will can his ass too.   Norv can stay though.

This man just ran Cam Newton into the ground for a full season. I can't respect him as a coach, I think he should be fired after the season. It's time to start fresh.

If these guys can convince a guy like Tepper to keep them on after this absolute meltdown we've experienced at all levels, then I don't know what to say anymore.  We've lost 7 in a row due to the same sh*t we get from Rivera and management every season.  An awful FA followed by inconsistent coaching and situational awareness. 

Their exits are more overdue than Fox at his worst with Claussen at the helm. 

Players' coach my as$, he's a corporate kissass, just like Hurney.
